All project matrices must be clearly defined before development begins. SigmaNode reserves the right to decline projects that violate ethical coding standards or promote malicious activities.
Upon final deployment and clearing of all invoices, the compiled source code and frontend assets of your commissioned website are transferred to your ownership. SigmaNode retains the right to display the public-facing application in our Project Galaxy.
While we build with bleeding-edge technology, SigmaNode is not liable for data loss, server downtime caused by third-party hosting providers, or external cyber breaches once the architecture is handed over to the client.
We reserve the right to modify these terms as web standards evolve. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the new parameters.
